04 Oct Start to cross-cultural commemoration project deemed a success

Last Monday evening witnessed the beginning of a cross-community and cross-cultural commemoration project at the North Belfast ACT Initiative, Shore Rd.

ACT’s William Mitchell gave a Loyalist personal, historical and political perspective to a group of approximately 12 Republicans.

There will be a follow-up where Joe Austin of Republican National Graves will host approx the same amount of Loyalists in Conway Mill on Wednesday 7th Oct with a view to bringing both groups together afterwards for a joint session.
